SMS privacy policy

This page is public so carriers can review how project text messages work. The business named in the text is the sender. Augenix provides the software those texts are sent through.

What these texts are

Project SMS is for job coordination: schedule changes, trade “you're next” notices, walkthrough reminders, and replies about an active project. It is not used for marketing, promotions, or cold outreach.

How we get your number

A mobile number is collected when someone is added as a client or trade contact on a project in Augenix. Texts are sent only if that person (or the contractor adding them, with their consent) checks an explicit SMS opt-in box next to the number. Consent is not required to receive the contractor's other services.

How we use the number

• Send project updates you opted in to receive
• Honor STOP, HELP, and similar keyword replies
• Keep a record of consent and opt-out

Mobile information is not sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. Carriers and the texting provider process messages only to deliver them and stay compliant.
